<p>Beaumont's virtual Natural Birth class is taught by a registered nurse childbirth educator using Microsoft Teams. The goal of the class is to help you work with your body to increase comfort, enhance the birth process, decrease or eliminate the need for pain medications, increase your confidence, and assist you in developing a personal plan for your baby's birth. During the virtual class, we will focus on natural comfort techniques for labor and birth, normal newborn care after birth, and postpartum recovery. Classes run three weeknights, two consecutive Saturdays, or a Saturday/Sunday option.</p><p>When registering please use the pregnant parents' name. Payment does cover 2 seats in this class, one for the pregnant parent and one for the partner/guest. After your registration is complete <b>you will receive a Team meeting invitation</b>&nbsp;that will arrive to your email mailbox&nbsp;<b>the day before or day of your class start date.&nbsp;</b> Please check your spam and trash mailboxes.<b>&nbsp;The educational materials will be mailed to the address listed in your registration.</b></p><p>You and your support person should attend the virtual class together. You can take this series any time after your 6th month of pregnancy.
