HypnoBirthing ® - The Mongan Method is as much a philosophy of childbirth as it is a technique for achieving a satisfying, relaxing, and stress-free method of birthing. HypnoBirthing ® - The Mongan Method teaches the mother and birth companion techniques for safe and satisfying birth through guided imagery, visualization, and special breathing.

Through a very simple program of self-hypnosis and education, women learn to release emotions tied to fear-based stories and misinformation. They are helped to see birth as normal and learn to trust that their bodies know how to bring their babies into the world in the calm and gentle way nature intended.

The virtual 5-week series includes individualized instruction by a nurse who is a certified HypnoBirthing ® - The Mongan Method Practitioner. The official HypnoBirthing ® - The Mongan Method book and the Rainbow Relaxation drop card are used in the class. You and your support person should attend the virtual class together.

You can take this virtual series any time after your 6th month of pregnancy. Plan to complete your birthing classes four to six weeks before  your delivery date.
